New Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Lovie Smith is excited to work with QB Mike Glennon, and Smith said Glennon is ‘strong-armed’ and has ‘great pocket presence.’ Smith said he hired offensive coordinator Jeff Tedford because ‘I wanted to get a guy that had been a quarterback guru for my offensive coordinator.’
