The Tampa Bay Buccaneers met with Texas A&M QB Johnny Manziel at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Footballguys View: The Bucs have the seventh-overall pick, and they would likely have to move up in order to draft Manziel. The top three quarterbacks may be off the board before their pick. That makes Derek Carr (Fresno State) an option for them if they don’t move up.
