The Tampa Bay Buccaneers could ask C Jeremy Zuttah, OG Davin Joseph and OT Donald Penn to restructure their contracts this offseason. Joseph and Penn could also be released, because they are scheduled to count $14 million against the salary cap in 2014 combined.
