The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed undrafted free-agent WR Quintin Payton (North Carolina State) and TE Ian Thompson (Louisiana-Lafayette). Terms of the contracts were not disclosed, but all contracts signed by undrafted free agents are three-year deals, according to NFL rules.
