The Tampa Bay Buccaneers would seriously consider selecting Texas A&M QB Johnny Manziel with their first round draft pick if he is still on the board.

Footballguys View: Well, you can take that with a giant grain of salt pretty much just like everything else anyone says at this time of the year. Manziel would be an interesting fit here, as they have a decent offensive line, a fantastic run game and a big time receiver in Vincent Jackson. Their defense would keep things close and the pressure off Manziel as well. Of course, he could also sit for a year behind Josh McCown. It’s hard to tell how possible any of this is, but if analysts are right and quarterbacks drop, several teams who aren’t sure of their long term option at quarterback will get a shot at one.
