Arizona Cardinals WR JJ Nelson (shoulder) has been ruled out for the Week 3 game against the San Francisco 49ers. OG Mike Iupati (knee) is listed as questionable, while SS Deone Bucannon (groin), FS Tony Jefferson (hamstring), LB Alex Okafor (shoulder) and LB LaMarr Woodley (shoulder) are listed as probable. Nelson did not participate in practice Friday, Sept. 25. Iupati, Jefferson and Okafor were limited during practice, while Bucannon and Woodley fully participated in practice.
