Arizona Cardinals RB Jonathan Ward was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Sept. 26.

Footballguys View: Ward was undrafted out of Central Michgan this year and failed to make the 53-man roster out of training camp. He was put on the practice squad and is a developmental player we’ll monitor in super deep dynasty formats because of his all-purpose skill set. Ward had two 1,000-yard rushing seasons in college, and ran for a career-high 1,108 yards and 15 touchdowns (12 starts) as a senior in 2019.
