Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians said Tuesday, Dec. 17, that WR Larry Fitzgerald (concussion) will not practice Wednesday, Dec. 18, but Arians expects Fitzgerald to play in the Week 16 game against the Seattle Seahawks.
