San Diego Chargers CB Brandon Flowers has declared himself the best cornerback in football. “First off, let me must say, I am the best corner in football. Don’t let my injuries last year fool you and take my name from that top list. One guy whose game I definitely respect throughout the years was (Darrelle) Revis. Coming from a system that he played in, it’s a lot of man-to-man being played, him shadowing receivers, and he definitely put in that work. Not to say anything else bad about the other corners, but Revis is definitely a corner I respect in this league.”

Footballguys View: Somebody get Flowers a drug test. We appreciate the confidence, but the reality is he’s not even the best cornerback on his new team. If Flowers was so great, the Chiefs would have never let him go.
