San Diego Chargers SS Brandon Taylor (knee) is seeing plenty of chances in offseason workouts with SS Jahleel Addae (undisclosed) out, but Taylor doesn’t seem to have the same type of burst as he did last summer after having ‘clean-up’ surgery on his knee in January.
