The San Diego Chargers are expected to use LB Melvin Ingram as a pass rusher in the nickel defense and as part of a rotation at outside linebacker.

Our View: Ingram can be used at Defensive End as well. His best asset is the initial burst off the line of scrimmage. Expect the Chargers to use him in many different ways with the sole purpose of getting after the Quarterback.
