Kansas City Chiefs LBs Justin Houston (knee) and Tamba Hali (knee) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 30. CB Phillip Gaines (knee) was a limited participant, while WR Chris Conley (ankle) practiced in full. Houston has already been ruled out for the team’s Week 17 finale Sunday, Jan. 1, with Gaines being considered questionable to suit up.
