Kansas City Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles (knee), who is apparently ahead in his rehab from a knee injury, is likely to remain with the Chiefs in 2016, according to general manager John Dorsey. ‘Well, as I look at it right now, Jamaal … I think he may be ahead of schedule in terms of his rehabilitation,’ Dorsey said. ‘The guy is an extremely talented player. Love him to death. Love how dirty-tough he is. Yeah, he’s a Chief.’ The Chiefs could save around $5.3 million by releasing Charles.
