Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck (shoulder) has ‘turned the corner,’ according to owner Jim Irsay, who added that ‘all indicators are (the) healing is going really well and we feel really optimistic.’ The ‘expectation’ is that Luck will be on hand when the team begins their offseason conditioning program April 9.
