Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck signed a five-year extension through 2021 Wednesday, June 29.

Footballguys View: The Colts know that Luck can be the best QB in the league, and it’s no surprise they would lock him up at this point. Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Luck’s five-year extension is actually a six-year deal. It is worth a little more than $139 million in total, which is a new NFL record. It also comes with $87 million in guaranteed money, also an all-time record. With new contract in hand, Luck should be in for a high-end QB1 season for fantasy owners.
