Indianapolis Colts TE Dwayne Allen (hip) is running at full speed at organized team activities. Colts LB Erik Walden said Allen still had his burst and speed.

Footballguys View: Allen caught a beastly 20 yard touchdown in the first game of 2013, but injuries kept him from catching another pass all year. He is a great two-way tight end who could challenge to become a primary receiver for Andrew Luck in the red zone. Allen is an outstanding buy low in dynasty leagues and an excellent very late-round flier in PPR and TE premium leagues.
