The Indianapolis Colts have signed third-round draft choice WR T.Y. Hilton to a four-year deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Our View: Hilton is a dynamic talent who should be the Colts best deep threat, run after catch threat, and return threat. He’s better than a typical third-round talent, but there are concerns about his durability.
