Dallas Cowboys LB Bruce Carter will be competing with LB Dan Connor for the one of the starting inside linebacker job but his performance during the preseason may have more importance in the competition than Connor’s performance. If Carter does will during the preseason, he likely will earn the job and if he does not, Connor likely would become the starter.
