The Dallas County district attorney said Tuesday, July 2, that he is not surprised Dallas Cowboys DT Joshua Brent failed two drug tests while out on bond facing an intoxication manslaughter charge, and he said last week in a radio interview that he wants Brent jailed for the crash.
