Cowboys | Jerry Jones confident in Tony Romo

Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones isn’t looking to select a quarterback in the NFL Draft. He believes the team’s best shot is with a healthy QB Tony Romo (back). Jones notes the Cowboys are not in a rebuilding mode and that the odds of winning with a rookie quarterback are nothing to get excited about.

Footballguys View: There have been some reports about the Cowboys wanting to select Johnny Manziel (Texas A&M) in the 2014 NFL draft. That would not show confidence in Romo. The team is heavily invested in Romo, and it doesn’t seem like they’re jumping ship from him yet.
