Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones said it was not a difficult decision to pass on Texas A&M QB Johnny Manziel in the NFL Draft in favor of Notre Dame OL Zack Martin, calling it an ‘obvious football decision.’ Jones said selecting Manziel wasn’t a thought and that ‘… no way any quarterback comes in and beats out Tony Romo.’ Jones said Romo is the franchise quarterback for several years to come.
