Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett anticipated Orton to attend this week’s three-day minicamp. Orton is subject to a $10,930 fine for missing the physical. If he does not show up for the first day of minicamp Tuesday, June 17, he would face a fine of $11,575. If he misses all three days of the minicamp, the maximum fine is $69,455.
