The Dallas Cowboys will meet with Texas A&M QB Johnny Manziel during the NFL Scouting Combine even though he’ll likely be selected by the time the Cowboys select 16th overall in the first round. He’ll meet with the team’s coaches and scouts Friday, Feb. 21. Owner Jerry Jones said earlier in the offseason the team won’t select a quarterback early in the draft.
