Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo is expecting to be released this offseason. He believes he can be a starter in the league for two or three more years.
Footballguys View: There are several teams who will probably kick the tires on him, especially given the lack of talent on the market. Romo’s best fit would be for a team on the cusp of contending though, and most of the teams in need of a quarterback need far more than that. If he lands in one of those situations, his production could be awfully shaky. Add in his propensity towards injury and his fantasy value is likely to be low.
