The Dallas Cowboys had free-agent QBs David Carr (Giants), Caleb Hanie (Browns), John Skelton (Titans) and Tyler Thigpen (Bills) in for workouts Tuesday, Dec. 24. Hanie, Skelton and Thigpen were sent home, and a source said Carr will not be signed.
