A total of 14 NFL teams — including offensive line coaches from the Indianapolis Colts and Philadelphia Eagles — were on hand for Furman’s pro day to watch five Paladins players work out on FieldTurf outdoors in the cold. The player of interest was offensive tackle Dakota Dozier, who was at the NFL Scouting Combine. He stood on his numbers from the event, which were really good. Dozier just did position drills at the pro day, and Dozier’s performance has him positioned to be a second-day pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.
