Miami Dolphins WR Brian Hartline hauled in 12 receptions for a franchise record 253 yards and one touchdown in the Week 4 overtime loss against the Arizona Cardinals. Hartline was targeted a whopping 19 times.

Our View: Hartline was Ryan Tannehill’s main man two weeks ago against Oakland, but he didn’t do much vs. the Jets last week, even after Darrelle Revis went out. Now, we have to consider him a WR3 at worst with the way Tannehill is playing. He’ll be the top waiver wire pickup this week.
