Miami Dolphins president Tom Garfinkel said head coach Joe Philbin will remain with the team regardless of who will be hired as the next general manager.

Footballguys View: There are changes all around Philbin, but he did enough this year to hold onto his job. The Dolphins will have a new General Manager and Offensive Coordinator in 2014.
