Miami Dolphins DT Randy Starks is surprised the team hasn’t made him a multi-year offer since being slapped with the $8.45 million franchise tag. Starks sat out most of the offseason program, but he has a good attitude going into training camp and vows not to complain about his deal. The team will likely choose between offering Starks and DT Paul Soliai a long-term deal in the spring of 2014.
