Miami Dolphins DT Randy Starks will come off the bench in a three-man rotation with DTs Paul Soliai and Jared Odrick. However, the number of snaps each plays should be fairly equal. He feels he’s being punished for holding out. ‘I’ve been there before,’ Starks said. ‘I’m not going to say nothing bad about it. It is what it is. I wasn’t here so I guess this is my punishment.’
