The Miami Dolphins worked out Wisconsin RB James White.

Footballguys View: Even though they added Knowshon Moreno in free agency, the Dolphins are still looking for more help at the running back position. White is an efficient runner who lacks big size or blazing speed. He doesn’t waste motion in between the tackles and can squeeze through small holes. White also works well as a receiver out of the backfield. He’ll make a nice change-of-pace back at the pro level.
