Miami Dolphins CB Xavien Howard (foot) has a chance to be a starting cornerback in Week 1 if CBs Tony Lippett and Bobby McCain continue to struggle. Howard has able to practice but has not played in a game yet.

Footballguys View: Lippett was torched by a double move last night and appears to be in over his head as a starter, but there’s no assurance that a rookie who missed camp and the preseason would fare any better. Russell Wilson will get to exploit this hole in Week 1.
