Eagles | JJ Arcega-Whiteside may not play much?

Philadelphia Eagles second-round WR JJ Arcega-Whiteside figures to be no better than the fourth receiver on the roster behind Alshon Jeffery, DeSean Jackson and Nelson Agholor in 2019, which makes it unlikely he will play much outside of special teams as a rookie, according to Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia.

Footballguys View: It’s a little soon to be calling that, especially with Agholor as the third guy. That’s a battle to watch in training camp. We’ll see if the rookie can unseat the veteran, and until then we’ll sit back and watch. Arcega-Whiteside doesn’t get open with speed, but he does present a good target for his quarterback because of his guile and ability to haul in contested catches.
