Philadelphia Eagles WR Jordan Matthews has been very impressive during offseason workouts so far, although he has been running with the second-team offense. Matthews has been working hard, showing up to the facility early, and head coach Chip Kelly said Matthews’ love for getting in early to study film was one of the reasons the team had to have him in the draft.

Footballguys View: Matthews has good upside as a pro. He’s a fine route-runner, and he knows how to get separation at the top of his route. Matthews has good hands and concentration, and he can haul in contested passes. Most impressive of all, Matthews is clutch. He’s best when the pressure is on.
