Philadelphia Eagles FS Malcolm Jenkins said the Eagles aren’t harboring any ill feelings toward QB Sam Bradford after he skipped the start of the offseason program and demanded a trade. ‘But I think right now, barring anything crazy or anything changing over the next few months, I think everybody is very comfortable with Sam and looking forward to him falling into that role,’ Jenkins said.
Footballguys View: What else are they going to say? Publicly they can stand by him, but privately you have to wonder if teammates are mad about a guy who has never really had to compete in the NFL complaining about now having to do so. The Eagles could sit Carson Wentz for his entire rookie season, but we think he’s the better QB and could step into the starting lineup if (when?) Bradford struggles.
