The Philadelphia Eagles have signed fourth-round draft choice CB Jaylen Watkins and fifth-round draft choice DE Taylor Hart. Terms of the contracts were not disclosed, but all contracts signed by draft picks are four-year deals, according to NFL rules.

Footballguys View: Watkins has the versatility to line up at safety or corner in the pros. He’s known as a physical player who can find the ball quickly. Hart is not an elite athlete but he gets by on his heart, hustle and determination. He’s got the size to be an edge-setter to help the run defense.
