Atlanta Falcons WR Devin Hester (toe) and LB Brooks Reed (groin) have been ruled out for Week 3 against the Dallas Cowboys. DE Kroy Biermann (non-injury), LB Justin Durant (foot), DE Malliciah Goodman (elbow), DT Paul Soliai (knee) and LB Paul Worrilow (calf) are probable. Hester did not practice Friday, Sept. 25. Reed was limited, while the others all practiced in full.
