Free-agent OG Josh Garnett (Bears) and OT David Steinmetz (Texans) signed with the Washington Football Team Friday, Aug. 21. Terms of the contract were not disclosed. The team also waived TE Thaddeus Moss (undisclosed) with an injury designation.
