New York Giants WR Brandon Marshall (ankle) finished with only 18 catches for 154 yards and played in only five games before he was lost for the season due to an ankle injury which required surgery. Given his limited effectiveness and the fact the Giants could save $5.1 million on the cap, the expectation is the Giants will cut ties with him, according to the New York Post’s Paul Schwartz.
