New York Giants RB Shane Vereen did not catch a pass Thursday night against the New York Giants. It was the first time since Week 2 of last season that Vereen had not caught a pass, including the postseason. He ran for 23 yards on six carries in a 32-21 win over the Washington Redskins, but was held without a reception on three targets.
Footballguys View: Vereen is going to be a partial share back in a bad running game. When the Giants fall behind in games, he’ll have some PPR value, but that is always dicey to predict against middling opponents.
