Giants | Tyler Sash suspended

New York Giants SS Tyler Sash was suspended four games by the league Tuesday, July 31, for violating the league’s policy on performance-enhancing substances. He can return after the Week 4 game against the Philadelphia Eagles Sept. 30, but can participate in all preseason games and practices. ‘I took a prescription drug (Adderall) legally under a doctor’s care for an anxiety condition during the offseason in March of this year,’ Sash said in a statement posted on his Twitter page. ‘The purpose was to help me with public speaking appearances. I had no idea that this prescription drug was banned by NFL policy.’
