Representatives from 17 NFL teams — including two assistant coaches from the Cincinnati Bengals and one from the New York Jets — were on hand at Tulsa’s pro day on Tuesday. The workout was held outdoors on FieldTurf with a wind gust that was approximately 10 miles per hour, and the 40-yard dashes were run one time with the wind and another time against the wind.
