Jacksonville Jaguars general manager David Caldwell said QB Blaine Gabbert is not considered the incumbent starting quarterback. ‘It’s going to be a wide-open competition,’ Caldwell said of the team’s starting quarterback spot. The general manager added that there is plenty to like about Gabbert. ‘There are some really good things to get excited about with Blaine in terms of his size, his arm strength and athleticism,’ Caldwell said.
