Jaguars | Bortles could still hit or top 35 touchdowns

Hays Carlson of Jacksonville.com thinks expectations that Blake Bortles touchdown numbers will drop from his lofty level of 35 scores in 2015 are unfounded. The experience at receiver and tight end, continuity in the offense, improving running game, and better team and defense can keep Bortles at that level or even allow him to surpass it.

Footballguys View: Bortles is currently QB9 and a 7th/8th round pick in redraft leagues, which is not that steep considering his numbers last year and the compelling argument made by Carlson. The quarterback board is so stacked that most of them will give you a good chance to outproduce ADP.
