Footballguys View: The Jaguars are likely to draft a quarterback early in the draft this year. Blaine Gabbert was a bust, and that’s why they shipped him off to the 49ers. They have Chad Henne as veteran insurance, but he will be challenged for the starting job by a rookie. Carr could be an option for the Jaguars if they select him in the early second round or move back up into the late first round.
