Jacksonville Jaguars general manager Dave Caldwell said the team will be aggressive at the start of free agency and pursue the players they are targeting. Caldwell said the team will then wait a week to two to allow the free-agent market settle before they try to sign players again.

Footballguys View: Jacksonville needs all the help they can get. They have the right coach with Caldwell, but they need to add better talent on both sides of the ball. Then, the Jaguars need to find a franchise quarterback in the 2014 NFL draft.
