Jacksonville Jaguars QB Gardner Minshew will not enter into the offseason program as the team’s starting quarterback, according to head coach Doug Marrone, nor will the head coach name QB Nick Foles as the backup. The team appears headed for an open competition this offseason, in the opinion of The Florida Times-Union’s John Reid.
