The Jacksonville Jaguars signed free agents TE DeAndre Goolsby (Lions) and OL Michael Dunn (Rams) on Tuesday, July 31. To make room on the roster, LS Andrew East and OL Brandon Thomas were waived; Thomas is on the Non-Football Injury list and will revert to Injured Reserve if he is not claimed on waivers.
