South Carolina DE Jadeveon Clowney said he was impressed the coaching staff of the Jacksonville Jaguars when he met with them. ‘I’ve met (coach Gus Bradley), and I like him a lot. He’s a cool guy and a very good coach,’ Clowney said. ‘I talked to that whole staff (at the NFL Scouting Combine) when I interviewed, and they were laid back and we were laughing a lot.’

Footballguys View: We’ve heard some very solid rumors that the two highest players on the Jacksonville board are Teddy Bridgewater and Jadeveon Clowney. The Jags worked hard on the defensive line, but Clowney is a tremendous athlete they would be hard-pressed to pass on. All that being said, if they have any hesitation about his focus, it could be an issue given their struggles with Justin Blackmon’s issues. Still, either Clowney or Bridgewater would be game-changing for this team.
