Jets | Le’Veon Bell’s workload will be monitored

New York Jets RB Le’Veon Bell won’t be burnt out with his new team if head coach Adam Gase has his way. Gase said the Jets will keep an eye on Bell’s practice snaps and snap count in games. ‘This is not going to be [a situation] where we burn him out in the first six months,’ Gase said.

Footballguys View: It’s been some time since Bell was toting the rock in a regular season game. The Jets are wise to monitor his touches, not only in practices but in games as well. Bell should still post strong RB1 numbers in 2019, this just means they’ll give him a breather from time to time.
